Mindful somatic therapy for your whole self - mind, body, & spirit.
The root origin of the word "heal" means "to make whole". I am eager to walk alongside those who are learning what wholeness means for them despite the fast-paced hustle culture we currently find ourselves in. I view therapy as a sacred space for slowing down, cultivating deeper self-awareness, finding clarity, connecting with yourself and others, strengthening resilience through life's challenges, and fulfillment in your everyday life. Together we will uncover what from the past or present needs healing for you to step into your core authentic self.
While I see a variety of individuals, I am particularly passionate about working with those who experience anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, are recovering from trauma or abuse, or those who identify as Highly Sensitive.
In our work together you will experience an integrative approach including several treatment modalities. We will move away from intellectualizing and instead invite the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to deepen into your felt experience. I will guide you towards an embodied state to build self-awareness and ultimately foster healing and growth. My approach is also relational and attachment-focused, rooted in the understanding that we heal within relationship. I often incorporate somatic practices, such as grounding, breath work, and mindfulness.
Perhaps the most important facet of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I provide an open, accepting environment and offer an innate and intuitive understanding of the multifaceted nature of our emotional life. If you would like to see if we might be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation.
