About

Mindful somatic therapy for your whole self - mind, body, & spirit.

In today's hustle culture, is it easy to lose our sense of center. We can get pulled under the tide of comparison to others, fall into patterns that aren't nurturing or serving us, become overwhelmed or overstimulated, or feel unsure of who we are or what we want. My holistic, compassionate, and integrative approach is designed with these experiences in mind. I view therapy as a sacred space for you to cultivate deeper self-awareness, connection with yourself and others, resilience throughout life's challenges, and joy in your everyday life. Together, we will uncover what from the past or present needs healing for you to step into your fullest, most authentic self. I often work with those who are struggling with self worth or self compassion, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, attachment wounds, trauma, coping with everyday life, communication, or those who want to shift current patterns of functioning. In our work together you will experience an integrative approach including several treatment modalities. We will move away from intellectualizing and instead invite the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to deepen into your felt experience. I will guide you towards an embodied state to build self-awareness and ultimately foster your healing and growth. My approach is rooted in the understanding that we heal within relationship. It is both relational and attachment-focused. I also often incorporate somatic practices, such as grounding and mindfulness. Lastly, I am deeply passionate about working with introverts, empaths, and highly sensitive people. As an HSP myself, I offer an innate and intuitive understanding of the complex, multifaceted nature of our emotional life. I provide a highly-attuned experience to facilitate your growth and healing. The most important facet of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I provide an open and accepting environment to facilitate your growth and healing. If you would like to see if we are a good fit, please reach out for a consultation. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and additional certifications in Somatic Therapy and Practices and Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Healing. I am also trained in Hakomi mindful somatic therapy and incorporate Hakomi principles in my work. Education: M.A. with honors in Clinical Mental Health Counseling - Antioch University Seattle, 2023 Certificate in Somatic Therapy and Practices - Antioch University Santa Barbara, 2023 Certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Healing - Embody Lab, 2023 Mindfulness, Loving Presence, and the Systems That Shape Us - Hakomi Institute, 2024 B.S. in Psychology - Western Washington University, 2018 B.A. in Studio Arts - Western Washington University, 2018
