About

Come forth into the light of things.

I offer therapy for individuals who are desiring more ease in their life, who are healing from past trauma or abuse, those who seek deeper connection with themself and others, and who want to shift current patterns that may no longer be helpful. My approach is holistic, body-based, and nervous system-informed. I am of service to anyone who feels talk therapy hasn't fully addressed their needs. Somatic therapy addresses the root cause, rather than symptoms, allowing you to feel more grounded, resilient, fulfilled, and at home within yourself. I use an integrative approach, which means I draw on several different evidence-based modalities to best suit your individual needs. In our work together, we will move away from intellectualizing and towards your felt experience, deepening your mind-body-spirit connection. I walk alongside you towards an embodied state to build self-awareness, increase resilience, and ultimately foster healing and growth for your whole self. To cultivate this felt sense, we often incorporate somatic practices, such as grounding, breathwork, and mindfulness at your own pace. My training is in Somatic Therapies. I have advanced training in Somatic Practices and Trauma-informed care. I have additional training in various complimentary approaches including: Attachment, Parts Work, Nature-informed Therapy, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Jungian Shadow Work. I completed a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2023, and completed concurrent undergraduate degrees from Western Washington University in both Psychology and Studio Arts in 2018. Perhaps the most important facet of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I provide a shame-free, non-judgmental container to facilitate your growth. I offer an innate and intuitive understanding of the multifaceted nature of our emotional life. Whatever your "why now" reason for beginning therapy is, I would be honored at the prospect of working with you. If you would like to see if we might be a good fit for your needs, please reach out for a consultation.
